A trip to Ladakh is the most cherished dream of every travel enthusiast. Ladakh being one of the most remotest destination, a travel to Ladakh from various parts of India takes quite a lot of time unless you are travelling by Air.
Using a combination of Rail and Road, it takes about 4 days from Delhi to Ladakh via the Srinagar Leh Highway & 3 days via the Manali – Leh Highway. As such, about 7-8 days are required to reach Ladakh & its return. I have elaborated on the modes of Travel to Ladakh in a separate article.
